By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Rezpona helps hospitality businesses analyze their online reviews and generate professional reply drafts. The Service may connect to your Google Business Profile to read reviews and, with your approval, publish replies. Features may evolve over time, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees until you cancel.
We may offer a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged according to the plan you selected. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw trial offers at any time.

When you connect your Google Business Profile, you authorize Rezpona to access your reviews and, where enabled, to publish replies on your behalf via Google's official API. You remain the owner of your Google account and content, and you may revoke access at any time through your Google settings. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms.
You retain ownership of your review data and the replies you publish. You grant Rezpona a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Rezpona and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google, payment processors, and AI providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated content will meet your expectations or improve your ratings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezpona and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Rezpona's principal place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that location, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
